I wonder how General Admission works in the Music Hall... never been to that venue. Could be interesting. Any ideas?

Haven't been in this building yet and it's my first Tori concert.

Excited!

I saw Tori here for either the Pele or Choirgirl tour. If I remember correctly, it was just a warehouse with a stage, no chairs or seating. First-come-first-serve standing, which was pretty cool because I was able to get up pretty close to the stage.

i'm a bit pissy that she's playing a general admission venue simply because i purchased the album through i-tunes for the pre-sale password and there wasn't even a presale! no vip package offer neither. and yes, the venue may have gone through some rennovating but i think it's still a big warehouse with a stage at one end and a bar at the other... i wonder why she didn't play the backyard like she always does? ah well... still, it IS tori and i'm excited and cannot wait! i'm hoping for pip!

austin show has been moved to san antonio???

I've been to the hall before and its cool for rowdy concerts, I saw No Doubt there a few years ago and it was cool but very crowded. It's under renovations right now and apparently is being moved to the Majestic Theater in San Antonio because the renovations won't be finished in time. I think it'll be a better venue, I didn't enjoy her concert as much at the The Backyard compared to seeing her in San Francisco, the crowd was wayyyy tooo loud and obnoxious. So I was glad to hear it was at the music hall despite the standing up. But the Majestic sounds even better, its a great atmosphere and probably has awesome acoustics for her show. Now the crappy part is dealing with the ticket exchange because this will be a seated event.

I just found out that Tori isn't coming to Austin on Monday!! I'm so bummed - and pissed off.

Not only did I pre-purchase her albumn with the promise of concert ticket pre-sales, which didn't happen because it was a general admission show. But now the concert has been cancelled and I didn't get any notice! I just happened to get an e-mail from Tickemasters selling tickets on Monday in SAN ANTONIO. My Austin tickets aren't even worth a transfer!!! UGH - totally sucks.

She was wonderfull, i feel sad because she don't do the second encore, like others places, and don't go outside to see to the fans, anyway, she is awsone and really hope she come to Mexico.
