Hey!
Hey You Dear Ears With Feet!! 
Throughout last few months I was posting in here with long gaps due to some miserable-teenage-times, then a long holiday, lots of traveling, more unexpected traveling… and it all made me miss you a lot, guys! So I decided to create this pretty useless thread just to say how I’m glad to be back.
Our forum is one of the most beautiful sites I’ve ever visited – thanks to a wonderful bunch of EWF with whom I’ve spent a huge amount of time on-line since November 2007. You know, some time ago that would’ve sound for me like a waste of time, but I’ve actually realized that being here, posting and exchanging thoughts is like a constant lesson of life. Each from the wise, intelligent and lovely people from here has added something to my book of days.
So now I hope to keep in touch again, especially with some of you *waves at BC, Raz, HarperJ, AH, Cloudonmytongue, Lilytoo, Bush411 and many more*
Well, there’s still a lot of free space and I can be really talkative… 
for those unlucky ones who don’t know me yet… I am gealach, a 17-year-old youngster from southern Poland, who loves Tori Amos, music in general, poetry, theatre, time spent with family & friends, laughing, drinking coffee, overusing smileys in posts, reading philosophical stuff etc. Exactly in two months time I’m supposed to turn into a down-to-earth, adult 18-year-old woman, ready & steady to take her life in her own hands OMG…
It’s nice to see some changes in here – new threads, new games, new EWF (by the way, is this plural form of EWF - EWFs - correct? that would be like ‘Ears With Feets’, quite strange 
). Catching up on is gonna take much time, so I’d better start straight away.

It's true. We have a lot of creative writers, I know I would have been very upset in their place. I was upset on my own behalf, for concert stories and pictures; but compared to what some of them (temporarily) lost, it was small potatoes.

It's good to know that the people here who had blogs now have them back. A lot of people had their poems there and I'm glad they got their own words back.
That is both a surprise, and welcome news. I guess they aren't sleeping behind the wheel after all.

Yeah, I'm not sure if the member count is accurately reflecting who is around. Of course we have a lot of people who read, but don't post. At least I've been told that by people sometimes; that they read for a long time before jumping in.
AH, I am a smiley addict. I am so irked with our lack of choices that I went and got all the ones from Yahoo, and posted them in my blog. That way I can have it open in another tab, and just write an img tag and copy the location from my list. If they are going to ignore our requests, then I'm going to just find a way around them.

Hi gealach_18 now, I checked the Forum two weeks ago, and I read 550 posters on line, I thought it was a computer error. Well, hopefully it's the buzz about upcoming releases. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. Peace...

Well I haven't been here either as you know.. but I'm glad you're back anyway!
So now my time of being miserable begins.
I have returned from Europe now.. and I'm very sad
I was thinking.. to celebrate the milestone of your 18th birthday we shall all have to have a cyber-celebration

It's great to have you back! Becoming 18, is an exciting time of change. Not so much that your personality automatically goes through some type of metamorphosis - but you will find that the laws and expectations of society around you, dramatically change - Once you are legally viewed as an adult. There is a song by John Cougar MellenCamp Called "Jack & Diane" which has the following Lyrics:
"Hold On to 16 As Long As You Can. Changes Come Around Real Soon Make Us Women And Men."

I always thought Ear with Feet was singular, and Ears With Feet was plural; but I just make things up.
I think EWFs works too, it has more to do with your intention being clear than anything else.
