Manifesting a Destiny

The moon danced
In the pale of your smile
Like a languid breeze
Scorching across the desolate pekoe plains
Were your ancestors walked before.

Life began
And renewed in that instant,
I wanted to be lost there forever
In you lilting past time sighs
Oh by and by we die,
We die

Time eclipsed the moment
And whirled back into today.
Like a rush so sweet one could hardly bear
Just a glimmer_ rather like a tear.
Where the sound lingers
In your vacuum...silently bare..

Searching in vain
Living like the sky.
Un-reaching but sill we try.
Out of nothing the Phoenix
will rise.........

But I know my soul lies
Somewhere in those plains;
The remnant of those smiles
Twinkling in those turquoise orbs
History complied in dust we reach
Manifesting a destiny.

Sometimes the moment ends
where memories fails to die.
