Omaha Show Nov. 10
Tomorrow is the show!
Very excited to see and hear Tori!
I was hoping Tori would appear at the new Holland Center downtown Omaha.
Well maybe next time.
I think all the Omaha fans should check in.
Let's go people!

Heather, glad to hear it! I sent the same email to the OMH as I did to the toristore, but they haven't even had the courtesy to write me back. At least the toristore did respond. I haven't sent MY response back to them yet, but I will...
I wrote a lengthy and strongly worded email to the Omaha Music Hall about their rudeness toward the concert-goers that evening as well as the seating problems. I'm hoping others will do the same- one complaint=just a b****y patron but multiple complaints might make them look at things more seriously.
Upset doesn't even begin to describe it. Heartbroken, furious, stunned, shocked, incredulous, near tears, etc. would be more like it. I wrote to toristore.com about it and they basically blew me off, saying that I had been guranteed a seat in the first 10 rows and I still was in the first 10 rows, IMHO that's a bunch of bull. The one thing that bothers me most is that I've basically been told it was Tori's decision, and as much as I love her, if she did make that call, it was the wrong one. I was also told that this is a common occurence, but I've never seen it done before for Tori or anyone else, and at 41years old, I've been to lots and lots of concerts (5th Tori show). The worst part is not knowing if it will ever happen again for the next tour. How do you decide when to buy? How can you count on your seats when you do buy? I really wish I knew for sure who made the decision. I am considering a complaint to the attorney general of NE, if for no other reason than to prevent this from happening again to some other fan. They might not pay attention to me, but they would have no choice but to pay attention to the AG's office.
drkglass01, sorry if i sounded rude!!! I wasn't planning on attending the Omaha show at all. I had gone to the Minneapolis show and got on Ticketmaster to see if there were a lot of seats available at Omaha, as at the Minneapolis show there were quite a lot of empty seats. When Ticketmaster pulled up orchestra pit seats, I couldn't believe it!! I couldn't pass them up!! One of the ushers stated that they didn't even know about the orch pit seats until the day of the concert when they set them up. I know that it was really disconcerting for those of you who had gotten their tickets on Day 1 and somehow people who got tickets the day before were somehow getting the best seats in the house. I would be upset also if the same thing had happened to me.
Yes Missourigirl that is what I mean.
I was not trying disrespect anyone for getting good seats.
I define best fan as someone who sees that Tori is coming to their town and hops online the minute tickets go on sale and tries to get the best seat possible.
I would think that people really wanting to see Tori would get their tickets as soon as possible for a chance at the best seats, obviously this time I was wrong.
P. S. I still loved the show and Tori
Wintetamale glad to hear your friend liked the show it is really easy to fall in love with Tori when you see her perform.
I think what drkglass01 is referring to is the fact that those of us who had bought tickets early, and believed that we had some of the best seats, were in fact cheated by the fact that the venue added several rows in the orchestra "pit" which is in reality a 6" riser. Therefore, my 2nd row, $175 dollar tickets purchased in July became 4th row. The people in orchestra having bought theirs suddenly the day before or day of the show, got the 1st & 2nd row seats. I am planning on a serious complaint and would like some of my money back. It was a great show, but there is a good faith issue here. I bought 2nd row seats, and I should have been in the 2nd row, not the 4th by virtue of some folding chairs on a 6 inch riser. I had to save for the trip, travel over 600 miles, take vacation time, rent a hotel room, $200 in gasoline, am I making myself clear here? BTW, I am 4' 10" tall, and my view, which would have been unobstructed without the additional seats, was quite limited.
If I had been Gold rather than Platinum, I really would have been pissed. At least I got to meet Tori, which was the best part of the evening. But that won't stop me from complaining right up to the AG level if necessary. What happened was, in my opinion, a rip-off of every fan who bought tickets in good faith believing we were getting something that we didn't.
??? What dictates "best fans"? I brought a non-Tori fan with me to the concert and I had great seats. She has now fallen head over heels for Tori. Should her seat have gone to a "best fan"?
Hello I'm from Denver and I know Omaha is a big Native American town so I hope she plays many songs from SW, and someone please ask for " Twinkle " for a friend of mine who loves this song so much.
Hope this is a great show.
