legs and boots problems
Is anyone else having problems with the legs and boots site? I am one of the idiots who has windows vista, and didn't "fix the problem" before I downloaded the show, and the mp3's are permanently missing on my computer. I have tried to contact the customer service for the past 4 days now, one email a day, and NO ONE has responded to me. I have paid them my money, and still don't have any music. I am so sad and frustrated that I might be reduced to buying the same songs AGAIN so that I can get my copy of the show I went to. I'm sure if Tori knew people were paying for music and not getting it, or any help finding it, she would be pissed.
I know I am.

I got my downloads from them finally!
I had to get a bit nasty in the "customer support" email I sent to them, but as soon as I mentioned my intentions of calling them out on this, I recieved an email response in minutes, saying that they had uploaded my music to where I could download it again. Be sure to "fix" the site as a safe and accepted site like they tell you to on the troubleshooting page. Keep emailing them, at support, and I will be crossing my fingers for you to get your music. I hated to say the dreaded words to them, but better bussiness bureau got their attention. :s

same problem here... but i have paid TWICE for the same boot... If i could talk to Tori i would tell her that although i love her, i cant pay a third time for this sevice
