slap up side the head! at the santa barbara show!~
so! it was my 9th time seeing tori! and i have allways wanted to see her in santa barbara! so i drive the 3 hours! and go! had orch c row y seat 14 on the end right side! so i been to shows with rude non-fans before! but this time it was bad! it was a man and a women seated right behid me! tolaly drunk and u could smell in on them! they talked threw the whole opener and then i'm thinking to myself f*** they better slut-up when tori comes on! so now they are saying s*** about all the gay people there and talkin s*** about me and my hair and then the guy is talkin disrespectfull to the women he is going on and on! so i finally turn around and told the guy "can you please be quite" and he said no that i pay money for this f***ing seat and i will talk threw the whole f***ing show if i want too!
then he ask me what i'm here for! and i said the music! and i pay money to hear it not you! and he was all whatever and started saying dumb stuff cuz he was so drunk and not making secnets so i said fine you don;t have to act like a jack ass about it and he said what you calling me a jack ass! so i just said whatever and trun back around!....and then he ask me where my g-f was and started talkin s*** about [Slur Deleted]s and my hair and was tryin to touch it! and then they got up to go get popcorn and threw it at me and kick my seat on the way up to get it! and the whole time i'm just seated and looking at the sage waiting for tori to come on!
so they leave to get popcorn or drink more whos know so i flag down the lady that helps people fine there seats and i tell her about the rude people! and she just said if they start up agian to fine her!
so tori comes on! and the rude people come back! and they start talkin! and i;'m like f*** no! not now! when tori is on! so it's like the 2nd song in! to the show so i look around no one is around for me to flag down!
so i'm like f*** i don't want to miss anything! but these f***er won;t stop! so i find a security guy! and tell him whats up! and he was like well i can see what i can do i don;t know what u want me to do! and i'm like make them! stop there not even fans they don;t even want to be here! so i tell him where i'm seated and go sit down! cuz i'm allready missin the show~ so the security guy comes over and kneal down to my seat and ask me witch people and i'm like the guy right behid me! so he takes the guy in to the hall! and talks with him! but he is like way drunk! and i say well i'm not missin the show and go back to my seat and i'm siting there tryin to clam down! for missin what i did and being piss't off! and all of a sudden i feel! SLAP RIGHT ACROSS MY HEAD! i trun around it's the guys g-f or whoever and she just gives me a mean look! and i'm like in shock my ear is ringing and bruning! and it takes me a min to get what is happing to me! and i looked up and i hear tori sing "slap up side the head!" (witch is not funny at the time) but then i trun around and look at her agian with all these thought going on in my head like should i beat her ass! then i'm like i don't want tori to stop the show i don;t want to go to jail! the b**** says to me! f*** you and bring it on! so i trun and say u better not ever touch me! agian! and trun back around and try to watch the show but then
i'm like f*** she might hit u agian i better move and now i'm like so pisst i can't forous on tori! i go up in to the hall where that securtiy guy or who ever he is, is talkin to the drunk guy still and i tell him that the lady that the guy is with just slaped me up side the head! and the drunk guys says "oh man i wish i was there to see that i would have payed money to see that!...and then security guy does nothing! so i'm like standing there! with my ear hurting like a b**** and they are not doing anything! and the guy is so drunk that he can't even talk right! so i go back in and just sit somewhere eles and then i see the securtiy guy come and get the lady that slap me and him and the drunk guy go back up in to the halll! and thats the last i saw of them so i don't know if they got kick out of the show or just move! but before the lady left she said to me that i better watch my back and i guess i don't know who her familly was and i just said why the f*** do i care who your familly is!.... so ya that was my 9th tori! show! but other then that tori rocked!

when i saw tori on the slg tour there was this girl in front of us and she was trashed. She was singing and dancing, which was fine, but then she started sticking her hands up right in front of our faces and we couldn't see. So, we very gently asked if she could stop and her boyfriend says "she doesn't need to, obviously you aren't real tori fans cause you're not getting into it' errrrg! It made me so angry. but she did eventually stop, i think she passed out in her long island. lol

That is horrible, I really don't understand how some people can enjoy acting like such ignorant embarrassments. I went to The Greek Theatre in LA in November, to see Evanescence, and there was an obnoxious drunk couple next to me...I wonder if they were the same people. This guy lit up a cig and was blowing smoke directly into my face...I tried to ignore it, but it's pretty hard as I'm sensitive to smoke and I finally realized that The Greek has a no smoking policy! Finally, a couple of girls on the other side of my friend and I, told the security and they made the guy stop, and he did...but then I think he thought I ratted him out and he kept "accidentally" elbowing me and leaning in front of me for some of the show...I finally got annoyed and crossed my arms in front of me and every time he would even touch me I'd shift to the left and shove him back over lol. Sorry for the tangent, but it reminded me of that...even though I wasn't assaulted like you were =[ You really could have called the cops on her, no one has the right to put their hands on you or hit you like that...even if they are drunk. I'm sorry you had to deal with that, I don't know how calm I would have been after getting hit...but you did the right thing by not escalating the already s***ty situation. I believe in karma, so those a**holes will get what they deserve. I hope your future Tori shows are better, and that rude people get a clue and realize the earth is definitely not revolving around them.

Oh Fudge! my post vanished! Well in a nut shell, Please go see a doctor to make sure the ear is not damaged or needs attention. Maybe you should STILL file the police report. The security might have been locally hired. The police might be able to trace them from the seats they brought if they used Credit cards. Do'nt send that pain below go talk with someone a good friend or a professional to work it through My original post had much more to say. I probably cussed and they deleted it. I hope the persons who witnessed this assault will post.
I'm sorry about your show experience. I hope you heal real soon. There were crazies and drunks like that at our show too. I wonder why people are just going so crazy and becoming rude.
They must have failed kindergarten and they watch way way too much Sopranos. I dislike fighting but she really needed a meeting in the ladies room. Stick her head in the toilet where it belongs, sit on he back and flushed Once, Twice, Three times till you're satisfied. Leave her to figure out how to get her hair out the drainpipe. Then go find another seat. Its a good fantasy anyways.(smile). Hmm and I don't watch the Sopranos.

Torfan669...you have the reserve of a Saint! I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. I can't believe what happened in my town. The Majestic, is a very old venue, that dates back to the days of Vaudeville. So, to have experienced such drunken, rude and selfish behavior in the Majestic shocked me. Although, the front rows were reserved for Austin ticket holders, I went to shows in Austin and folks were nicer than that, but it's been awhile. Clearly, things have changed. However, people here don't act like that in the Majestic. Anyways, you did the right thing by not fighting. When a fight happens it's hard to discern who is right or who is wrong. I only wish, the woman who assaulted you was arrested. If anyone saw the incident could you please help Torifan699? Again, sorry about what happened to you. Take some solace in the fact that I'm a strong believer in Karma. Those two aren't going to get away with their bad actions.
hey thanks! ya i'm old school! tori lol my 1st show was under the pink! and ya u couldn't even hear a pin drop! back then! when i go to see her i don't even think i breath or blink lol but ya i was so shocked! i was thinking so many things! but my # one thing was think of tori! and the other real fans! and #2 don't get your self in jail cuz i was like 3 hours from home! and poor! haha but i so wanted to beat the s*** out of her! but me being a lesbian and not beliveing in hiting women! it was hard! i cryed not cuz my ear hurt but cuz i couldn;t stand the tought of someone doing that at a tori show!, cuz i feel like i'm at home when i'm with tori tolaly safe! and i can let my gard down! and just chill out! but now i don't know it's just really sad! and i really like the songs on this cd too! and i love hearing the song on the organ!...maybe she will be back in the summer and i can make it my 10th show! and bring it in with out! a bang! lol to the head! i have to laugh about it now! if not i keep crying lol and it's funny when i'm talkin about it like now my left ear! still rings and bruns ! ps did anyone go to that show! let me know! if u seen me! and what happen! i think one lady saw but she look really scared!

God, WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE??? This is not the first story I've read of drunken fights breaking out in the audience-on this tour-what has happened to the fan base?? I reme,ber my first Tori concert in 1994- YOU DIDN'T HEAR A DAMN PIN DROP IN THE AUDIENCE FOR THE WHOLE ENTIRE CONCERT! I am very sorry you had to experience such rudeness-

oh my goodness! you dealt with that messed up situation like a saint! I do not know what I would have done if some turd would dare to hit me while I'm at a Tori show. I feel terrible for you, those people should be lynched, seriously! Maybe it's Southern California? I hope you were able to get the best out the rest of the show. Sorry the first part of it was ruined for you. I don't know what I would do if that had ever happened to me... Plus that security guy was lame for not kicking them out sooner.
