Um, I'd never trash Tori. She's been too good to me to even consider that.
I will, however, trash her marketing staff or whomever was responsible for that VIP thing!
We were all kinda disappointed by the content (or the lack of it) in our gift bags. But, hey, it's still just a gift bag, right? Who cares? The real deal was to witness soundcheck and, for some, meet Tori.
I didn't care my gift bag only had the program (an item I could've purchased anyway) and nothing else. I bought the rest and made my peace with it (I got the poster, 2 shirts and Yoav's EP). To me, the real gift was listening to Spark during soundcheck that perfect West Palm Beach night.
However I must say now that bag sucks!
Before I go on you must know I haven't really used it, coz it's not big enough to fit a lot in there.
So, I took it once to the beach (on nye) and twice to the gym (yesterday and today)... and it has fallen to pieces! It's ripped on the top (where the strings you pull to close it are) and one of the little rings on the bottom gave out as well (where the strings begin).
I haven't even used it that much and it looks like I kicked the crap out of it. It can't hold anything!
What can I put in there? My keys? My cell phone? Post-it's? A pocket book?
It's ridiculous! I'm never using it again coz I want it to survive! It's drenched in fond memories, I mean, it's a Tori Amos bag, damn it!
So, yeah, I'm not gonna use it again... I'll just... I dunno, frame it or something haha
Anyway, it sucks coz VIP Gold wasn't that unexpensive to get something so cheap! Just felt like sharing.
