Thank God for this album, she is back and she is on fire, better than ever! After giving us The Beekeeper and Scarlet's Walk, I can not tell you how excited and happy I am about this album. My past favorite albums are Choirgirl Hotel and Boys for Pele, and I was really missing the sound and energy from that period in Tori's music. I was so hoping for a new "Pele", and she comes out with ADP and just blows me away. The story behind this concept, of the 5 dolls, painting a picture of the complexity of women, wow........She is really taking on the conservative right wing, and forcing women to open their eyes and realize that you don't have to choose to be a Pip or a Clyde, you can and we are all 5 dolls. Yes, you can be sexy, smart ,nurturing, strong and sensitive at the same time. I love her what making us women see that, and it's so important what she is teaching us. In a time like this when women are portrayed as "Ho's" and "Bootylicious" in music, here she comes and empowers us all.
