I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...well, there are many reasons. Everything from her astounding musical abilities to her truly wanting to help people who just need some understanding. But for me, it's all about how her music touches my soul. Sometimes it doesn't even matter what Tori is singing about, just the actual notes she's playing seems to stir a type of electrical current in my soul. It's almost like some of the chords she plays are addictive. She can also mellow me out when stress and aggravation seem to take over my day. Without actually having a conversation with her, through her music, she seems to say that she understands things that we go through and she's been right there having to go through the same things herself.

After reading her book, Piece by Piece, I also realized that Tori is a very "observant" person. She will sit back, with an unbiased opinion, and really notice the deep down things about people and the world. People like that always amazed me.

Tori writes absolutely beautiful music that you can really FEEL, and I am very thankful for her.
