Weel, today's the day I'm leaving for Denver. The show is on Wednesday, and I can allready hardly contain myself. Seems like our Doll could be either Pip or Isabel, but of course, we won't know until then. I'm so ready for this.

I was recently promoted at work, and have been staying incredibly busy. It's been nice because I've been keeping my mind off of stress and such. I am getting extraordinarily pumped up for the November 28 Denver show though!!!!

Well, as you can probably guess, I was called yet again for jury duty this past week. This time it was for a criminal trial, a man was accused of causing an accident that resulted in a woman's death. Thankfully, I had heard about this case and knew one of the prosecuting attorney's, so that I was excused from being picked as a juror. I heard that they had found the man guilty, and that he could be sentenced for up to 10 years in jail. This man was found guilty of not helping his then girlfriend because he didn't want to get arrested for owing back child support. What a creep!

I have wondered a great deal about the lyrics for "Zero Point". I think Tori also made a nod at it in To Venus and Back, somewhere in the credits. Anyway, I was almost asleep last night, and it was so beautifully quiet in the soft rain, when the song suddenly started playing in my mind. It was simply delicious how the music started to intertwine into my dreams as I dozed off........
I woke up this morning more excited than ever to see Tori live for the first time (quite like being a virgin really). Until next time...................

I was sent a summons in the mail for jury duty about a month ago. I was pretty lucky because we had not actually been scheduled to appear until yesterday. Becasue I was dismissed, I can talk about the case and can safely say that I am glad to not have been choosen to serve on the jury. I simply told the judge and attorney's that it is against my "religion" to judge others. I do practice some Zen meditation, but I really believe in the Golden Rule. Besides, this wasn't a criminal trial, it was about a little old lady suing someone because she fell down and hurt herself.

OHHHH! I feel like crap this weekend. Could you believe that I "Caught" a lite head cold! It really sucks because of how hot it is outside. The misery................ Oh well. I must be feeling somewhat all right if I am here blogging about it. P.S. My boyfriend is nursing me back to health. He gets a gold star for the day.

She often wonders about all the things in the world they call "luck". She had seemed to have some of the better (or good) luck lately. How long would it last? Maybe just asking that will make things revert back to just normal or average. Nothing extraordinary. Perhaps even s***ty. Like the Buddhist thought; just thinking it does not make it so. But doesn't just thinking it produce the energy to create/destroy according to the thought? She wondered, but decided that she would not question the universe. Better to just 'let it be'. But sometimes.................

Today I was able to buy my tickets for the Denver show on Tori's Posse tour. I am almost completely speechless, except that I can say this ---
I have never seen her live or in concert before. Could my meaningless little life get any better?

"Is this live?" she asked. "Most definitely. Can you believe how incredible it is?" I responded. Yet another person who is blown away by Tori. It's my humble opinion that Tori f***ing rocks harder than anyone else I have ever heard before. I woke up early after the storm last night, and breathed in the cool air, only to realize that tour ticket packages go on sale tomorrow, and anxiety flooded my mind. Me and my sis are going to the Denver show (Oh Pip, where are you?), and want to score the gold package tickets.
