Nice to meet you, blog! My first post here, right... Hmm. I can't believe I found this site just yesterday. Though, I have been a Tori fan just about 4 months. Usually when I discover a fastastic person I admire, I immediately welcome her/him to my life and start being a little obsessed. I find all possible sites about my idol, all information available, videos, discography... (Or do I? Anyway that's what i thought I'm doing!)
All of a sudden, Tori Amos caused a Little Earthquake in my life.
In her music I feel a state of mind I call Eden, it has its dark and bright sides, lust and tranquility. The main magic in this paradise is passion. Listening to Tori Amos is like entering the gates of eden again and again, never reaching the still ending. Her music is experimenting mentally 'la petite mort' - if you know what it means, you know how it feels like, and because you know what it's like to hear the divine harmony of sound in her music, you know exactly what I mean.
